Ms Lola’s Adhesive Cream and Ms Lola’s Liquid Adhesive Cream are water-based, and
therefore can freeze if exposed to temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit / zero Celsius.
If the cream freezes during winter shipping, it can become solid and rubbery, and therefore
permanently ruined as a result of having become too cold.
Please Note: When you order Ms Lola's adhesive creams, we will ship them to locations
throughout the US and Abroad regardless of temperatures, as we do not monitor national
and international weather forecasts, and therefore WILL NOT take responsibility for any
ruined creams delivered during winter months. Consequently, WE ARE NOT responsible for
ruined creams that travel through cold locations en route to final destinations. For this
reason, WE WILL NOT give replacements or refunds for frozen or congealed creams.
Additionally: Please use discretion when ordering adhesive creams during winter months,
because it is your responsibility to order this product in periods when there is little or no
risk of it freezing, either by plane or ground shipment.
